What is Joomla Wakka-Wakka?

We're a small web design shop working in Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal and a few others, the names of which I can't recall right now. HTML/CSS pages were fine a few years ago, but nowadays there is a ton of free CMS options available to make our jobs as developers and website publishers a lot more simpler.
